Why hello there Nogizaka Haruka. It’s been a while. In fact we haven’t talked much since the very episode I will now be talking about.
So, for my…seventh(?) day of anime we have episode 07 of Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu~
Or as I like to call it, the episode so good that it made me stop watching.
Edit: *despair* Nagisa lost to the un-moe overly tsundere, but popular, chibi character. As expected. But everyone who loves Nagisa and voted for her deserves thanks. The rest of you should be ashamed.
Bleh. My title is too nice. But since I’m always telling people to respect opinions, I can’t tell non-Nagisa fans to vote for her.
Anyway! Nagisa’s in the final four of SaiMoe and to go any further she needs votes! She’s the last girl of Clannad left and to me she’s really the only one left that fits non-specific moe, original moe, left in the competition. If you want her to win, you have to vote for her. Even if you don’t think she will win at least show your support.
And you know…vote for the other one if you really want to.

It’s so moe and just fucking adorable that all of you should have at least had one minor heart-attack each. I did and I surround myself by so much cuteness already, you think I’d be immune. But not against this.
You didn’t get to see all that much of Nagisa this week, but I still enjoyed this episode at least as much as the others. Shocking, I know. Well, what can I say? We’re only two episodes in and this is pretty much already guaranteed to be my favorite arc so far. Plus Mei is just damn cute. She’s my second favorite again this week.

Today I’m going out of town for an all-day trip. I just managed to watch the raw for the second episode of the After Story, but nothing else. No Weekly Anime today, no After Story post either. Not enough time. Look for both posts either tomorrow or Sunday.
So, just enjoy many wonderful screencaps of Nagisa from episode 02 instead. And yes, I did take almost every shot of Nagisa that I saw. But you only get to see 20 of them (plus the one above).
So, in case you didn’t know, SaiMoe is going on right now. And in case anyone doesn’t know what SaiMoe is…it’s basically just a voting competition to find out what girl from the past year is the most moe.
Now that the preliminaries are over I decided to make my next top ten list be the top ten girls I want to win SaiMoe. Not the ones I necessarily expect to, just the ones I want to.

The cuteness level is rising, the enjoyable otaku references are rising…why isn’t this show imploding yet?
I’m so pleased with this anime right now that I can’t even be like, “I’m only pleased because it’s not as bad as I thought it would be…” No. I just like it. It’s completely likable. It’s just a lovecom that’s legitimately entertaining…and geared towards guys. I’m still in amazement.

More fanservice and moe stuff for me to blog. Yay~!
Seriously…I think I like these sorts of shows more than any normal fangirl should. Normally, I don’t discuss these shows when I watch them, but…Haruka is an otaku. And she’s cute. I want to watch it. Besides, the fanservice really isn’t that bad. Not even using my “I can ignore everything” standards.
So…uh…I hope you enjoy me acting like a fanboy and a fangirl, because I’m blogging Haruka as well. Fanboy for my, “Whoot! Haruka is cute!” and fangirl for my, “Ah! They’re blushing~!” I’m just not sure when I’ll be blogging it. Fridays if I decide to watch the raw I suppose, and after the fansub if I decide to go that way after this week. I’m just not sure yet. It seems easy to understand right now anyway.

Now at girl number three on my list of the top ten anime girls, here’s Hoshina Utau (I bet everyone knew she was on here).
Utau is a fourteen year old idol forced to work for Easter for the sake of “saving” Ikuto. She has her devilish Iru side and her sweet inner angel side which produces the cutest chara ever (Eru).
(Obvious spoiler warning because any discussion involving Utau includes spoilers…but I’ll keep it strictly anime)
Hmm…yeah. I’m going to blog this moe crap. Because as much as I hate Gonzo, I love them too. I have nothing else to really do on Thursdays right now. So this is fine. Besides, I want something to make fun of (SA isn’t being as crappy lately). And Strike Witches is entertaining (for me anyway).
I’ve also wanted an opportunity to jump on board with a legal series for a while. Too bad Gonzo’s anime from last season didn’t interest me at all. But Strike Witches is much more my kind of show…at least more than the others.
I’ll start blogging it regularly next week (summary, thoughts, preview), but it’s really just about my first impression this week.

So, in week number 6, girl number 5 is Koyama Mitsuki from Full Moon wo Sagashite (MANGA ONLY!).
Mitsuki became an orphan the very same day she was born and blames herself for the deaths of everyone around her. She tries to hide her grief and goes toward her dream of being a singer to fulfill a promise with her childhood love. Despite her own incredibly problems, Mitsuki is able to heal the hearts of others. She is only twelve, but her trials and wisdom make it easy to forget.
Full Moon anime and manga spoilers beyond this point.
