OMG. I was actually excited about this episode before it aired. When was the last time that happened? Unfortunately my excitement immediately turned to despair upon seeing that new opening (I still want to cry when I see it). But I got picked back up pretty quickly.
Also, this is my first time watching it with the CR subtitles. So, lots of new things this week. A technically new arc, a new opening, and a new way to watch it. Let’s see how it all goes.
(Warning for overdone screencapping again, 54 caps this time)

I got my wish(es). The Ikuto arc has started before the new year! Unfortunately the Lulu stuff is still going on, but for the meantime (at least in the next episode) Satelight is following my second wish.
That second wish, of course, pretty much guarantees Amuto in every episode.
… *insert all sorts of fangirling craziness here*

Happy Merry Christmas everyone in Shugo Chara land! And to those fans who stuck it through. It may just be reward time.
It is very likely that soon we will all be receiving a gift for not giving up. So this a two-for-one week for me, I (hopefully) get what I want and now some fans can stop asking me “when is ___ going to happen?” Okay?

That’s better. A filler about actual characters in the show. And what’s better is that it focuses on a pairing that is rather widely supported by the fans. Rimahiko~! Of course just the general friendship cuteness, but the point is, I am pleased.
That’s right Satelight! Please the fans!
Also we finally have some proper news for the CrunchyRoll streaming.

My god, this episode was cute. Very fillery, but it was definitely cute just the same.
I think this episode has the best filler chara and character that I’ve seen in the anime so far. Which just goes to show you that the fillers really would be better if they used the fans’ ideas.
Filler episode is filler. Some subtle stuff from romance thrown in to not make it a total waste I suppose. Of course none of this stuff is going to come up again in the short term so it’s not exactly like it matters.
…Well just take it for what it is I suppose. Filler. It’s up to you whether you want to watch it or not.

AHAHAHAHA! *maniacal fangirl laughter* That was absolutely everything I wanted and expected. Those of you who commented may remember that I was setting my expectations pretty high too. Of course, it’s still not from the manga or whatever, but…I don’t care anymore. At least we can call this like…the best filler episode.
Also, to ruin my buzz there’s some…probably good news that I need to get to first. Ugh (want to fangirl~).
(Warning: Severely overdone screencapping, so there’s lots of images (40+). But I apologize for nothing!)
Well, this seems to be the chara-based episode for the season. Nothing really happened (at all), but it was a pretty cute episode. I liked it purely because I got a lot of Eru. Eru~
It’s nothing great, but it’s not bad either. Just…filler. That’s as simply as I can put it (next week seems to have things happening though).

Well…this was probably the best episode of Doki so far. It was really predictable, but I feel like it got some of the charm from the first season back. I’ll go ahead and say that it’s the two scenes of cross-dressing that made this episode a lot better. Even with it being all filler-y.
Though, the plot involving Ikuto’s violin popped up again in this episode.

Yay! Nagihiko is back~!
Outside of Nagihiko parts though this episode was…so boring. I couldn’t even properly enjoy the Nagihiko parts because I was just generally annoyed. The filler character this week was just intrusive and I think we can all now see the main problem that will make Doki difficult to enjoy sometimes.
