This post took a while to get out because quite honestly, I couldn’t decide how I felt about it. It’s kind of boring, but I still think I’ll get what I want from it. I’m watching it to (hopefully) laugh at (or just follow) a love triangle. Getting invested in it works sometimes too, but I wanted to laugh and look at it shallowly. I…probably get to do just that.
It was the anime I was looking forward to most, but because it’s kind of fun to laugh at am I disappointed? Hell no. All I wanted from the anime was Nana-sama and love triangle dorama that will lead to a bitchslap at some point in the future. I believe I will get that. I was actually kind of happy that everyone called it crap (because it means I get to blog it with less competition, hahaha). Of course, I tend to think everyone thinks it’s just crap because it’s boring, but whatever. Crap is still crap and I don’t blame anyone from labeling this as such. It is boring (I think the pacing right now is better for a drama).

Filler episode is filler. Some subtle stuff from romance thrown in to not make it a total waste I suppose. Of course none of this stuff is going to come up again in the short term so it’s not exactly like it matters.
…Well just take it for what it is I suppose. Filler. It’s up to you whether you want to watch it or not.

Yay! Nagihiko is back~!
Outside of Nagihiko parts though this episode was…so boring. I couldn’t even properly enjoy the Nagihiko parts because I was just generally annoyed. The filler character this week was just intrusive and I think we can all now see the main problem that will make Doki difficult to enjoy sometimes.

You know, Doki isn’t that bad if you watch it with really low expectations and make fun of everything. I actually had quite a bit of fun this week. There’s nothing really new to be pissed about (except for the preview, which I’ll get to later).
But then they kind of threw a plot twist at us in the end of the episode which manga fans should recognize, but that’s sort of troublesome as well. Makes me wonder what anyone’s really supposed to expect.

It feels like I’m watching a fanfiction written by a thirteen-year-old fangirl. It honestly feels that way. Just with some tweaking to create a generic mahou shoujo. The only thing missing is Lulu liking either Tadase or Ikuto. Actually glad that hasn’t happened yet.
Anyway Lulu made her appearance and…well everyone can make their own judgments. My opinion hasn’t changed much from last week. Ikuto’s also in the episode, but it really feels like they just threw him in there to keep us happy. It barely worked (on me).

ROFL! It’s another recap! Because I had my expectations so low after last week, I don’t even care. It’s just freakin’ hilarious for me. Besides, the in between clips were better this time. Anime original Amuto is always welcome. ^_^
So, next week is when SC!! Doki really begins. The anime original plot seems to be starting next week for reals. But, lol, recap. At least there was some Amuto in the rain~!

That aside…are they serious!? It’s another damn recap. And it’s more recap than ever before! *pissed* They recapped the entire series so far! From the beginning!
Special A – Episode 24 (End)

It’s over. Now all the anime-only fans can go read the manga. Trust me. If you enjoyed this at all (at least enough to get through 24 episodes) you’ll enjoy the manga (more). Though, even if I hadn’t read the manga, I’d feel disappointed in ending since it concluded nothing. I just enjoyed a few small moments along the way (but I really, really enjoyed those moments).
And yes…I did screencap a crayon-y moment for the big image. Because at the end of the day, that is what we all remember about this anime. Those awful crayons. Plus without the crayons that image is darn cute.

Suuure. The filler episodes don’t have any drop in entertainment value. This episode was just as good as episode 42 and 43.
In case you couldn’t tell, that’s me being very sarcastic and is directed at certain people who have been hassling me or just whining because all of us aren’t all raburabu for fillers like them. Yeah. The rest of us are all raburabu for good characters. You morons can enjoy your fillers with ugly filler guys and Amu’s fanboy. Let opinions be.
Personally, I’ll just look forward to next week and the week after that. I’m pretending this week never happened.
Special A – Episode 17

I felt especially bored watching SA today. It was a boring episode made worse by the fact that a bunch of exciting anime announcements have come out recently and it really makes SA feel like something I’m just sort of settling for in the meantime.
I mean…a Nanoha movie? How does SA even compare!? Even Nogizaka Haruka has been more exciting recently. Not fair.
